RETURN POLICY
Custom Touch wants the customer to be completely satisfied with your purchase and offers a “Contact Leah” page.
Questions regarding anything about the jewelry, size, color, etc., we encourage you to ask about or discuss with the designer prior to making a purchase from the site. The designer stands by her craftsmanship, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase please let her know immediately. Custom Touch will accept a return or exchange of a purchase, but it must be sent back unworn, with tag, and in its original packaging within (5 days) from delivery of merchandise. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted. Custom made pieces are non-refundable. You will need to contact Custom Touch via the “Contact Leah” page regarding authorization on any returns, and shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer. We recommend that you use a shipping method that allows you to receive delivery confirmation. A credit will be issued as soon as Custom Touch has received and processed the return.
